Jessica Sierra, former American Idol contestant who finished as tenth-place finalist on the show's fourth season, is back to rehab for expenses of disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest early this January. She was absent throughout the scheduled court appearance for the reason that she was in a California rehab facility according to Lawyer John Fitzgibbons, who created a "not guilty" plead for her. But she was again arrested at a Tampa bar on December for disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest. Authorities stated that Sierra shouted obscenities at the police and even provided sexual deeds in exchange for her release. Back again in 2006, Sierra also produced news when Daniel Young, 59-yr-old man, was arrested at the residence of Sierra's grandmother. According to the police, Young keeps on calling Sierra and has left around 40 voicemail messages saying that he is in-love with her and that he is willing be imprisoned for her.
